You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service without authorization.

5. Applications

When you submit an application through MuttsApp, it is shared with the relevant rescue or shelter organization. Approval or denial of applications is at the sole discretion of each organization. MuttsApp does not guarantee any outcome.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MuttsApp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuttsApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
